Malia Ocker is a senior at Big Spring High School. Malia is one of four siblings, and is the youngest. Some future goals for Malia are attending a four year college, as well as continuing her field hockey career while majoring in biomedical studies. Her goal after college is to become a physician’s assistant. An impact that Malia wants to have on others is for others to know that she is a safe person, and that her goal is to always be there for others. Someone who inspires Malia is her Pappy, because he showed Malia that there are bad days, but God will help her to get through the struggles. In her free time, Malia enjoys watching Netflix, attending church, and hanging out with her friends and family. The soundtrack that Malia would have for her life would be from Mamma Mia, because it’s a mix of happy, sad, and peppy music. Lastly, Malia loves to go to youth group, she loves flowers, and she loves being surrounded by friends and family.
